firstly, you decide where you want to go.
(or if you have a few choices in mind thats fine too)
second, you either do your research yourself to find the best deal possible, or you go to a travel agent. for all inclusive packages wiand hotels and stuff, i recommend you go see a travel agent.
if you are staying at a friends house or somethin, then use your air miles and bam, free trip.
